A Montana native with more than a dozen years’ experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing and public affairs, Drew Kramer directs strategic communications programs for clients in the private and public sectors. While at InterMountain, he has managed public relations and branding initiatives for some of Colorado’s most innovative companies – including Stellar Vision, StorageTek and Sloans Lake Managed Care – and designed and implemented marketing plans for transportation projects on both a regional and a multi-state level.

Drew has overseen media and community outreach efforts for clients whose enterprises – mining operations, hazardous waste facilities, Superfund remediation projects – by their very nature demand highly sophisticated and sensitive communications. He has also served as public information officer for a controversial special election effort in Arapahoe County.

Before joining InterMountain, Drew directed B2B marketing communications programs for the professional and financial services clientele of a leading New York public relations firm. Prior to that he spent six years in Washington, D.C., where he served as director of communications for the American Recreation Coalition, a non-profit association of manufacturers, retailers and enthusiasts advocating for recreation on public lands. Drew was also a legislative assistant handling Native American issues for U.S. Senator Kent Conrad and a Congressional liaison officer for the Embassy of Australia.

Drew received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Stanford University. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board for Freedom Service Dogs – a Lakewood nonprofit that rescues shelter dogs and trains them to be companions for handicapped individuals – and on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Cancer Research Program.
